Accessing EndNote after UWS

Your EndNote library is linked to your UWS login.  

To maintain access to your EndNote library once you leave UWS:

  • Before leaving, login to your EndNote Online account:
  • [Ensure you know your password for this account]
  • Go to 'Options' on the menu
  • Select 'Email address'
  • Enter a new email address as prompted.
  • Enter your account password and select 'Save'  

If you are moving to a new institution which supports EndNote, install Endnote as per their instructions then use the 'sync' option to upload your current library.

If you will be using another reference manager in the future, look for appropriate 'Convert EndNote to...' guidance on the Internet.

Alternatively, you can activate a personal EndNote subscription from the publisher's website
