CORECORE allows you to search for manuscripts in Open Access research repositories and Open Access articles in journals from around the world.

Unpaywall Browser ExtensionThe extension can be added to Chrome browser to return results from Open Access sources in your searches

Open Access ButtonOpen Access Button searches a wide range of Open Access sources. This service will be closing down on 18th November 2025. If you have made use of it in the past visit again before this date for details of alternatives.

Indexes and abstracts can help you to explore sources beyond those available through the library service.

ScopusScopus is one of the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature. It also provides tools to track, analyse, and visualize research.

Web of ScienceWeb of Science provides access to multiple databases with comprehensive citation data for many different academic disciplines.

arXiv.orgarXiv.org provides abstracts and access details for 1,793,930 scholarly articles in the fields of physics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative biology, quantitative finance, statistics, electrical engineering and systems science, and economics. The content is not full text.

BOLDEBOLDE contains abstracts and details of books, articles, conference papers and reports on various aspects of distance and online education, from publishers in Australia and overseas. Material is drawn from the Australian Education Index, produced by Cunningham Library, with additional material sourced from a variety of international organisations and publishers. There are currently 12,945 records in the research bank.Not full text.
