Library Skills Online

Our Library Skills Online sessions are a great way to learn more about the Library and develop key skills to help you during your time at UWS and beyond.

See the link below to book a session.

Student card

All enrolled students are issued a digital ID card.

Your student ID card is also your Library card.

All cards have a barcode, you will need this to take print resources (books and journals) out on loan.

Scan the barcode from your ID card at the Self-service kiosks on campus to issue books to your Library account.

Academic Librarian Support

The Academic Librarian team are here to support you during your time at UWS; you can meet the team here; look out for a Library session led by one of our Academic Librarians during one of your lectures.

Appointments are available for individuals or small groups online (face to face requests will be considered).
