Yes, you can do this with EndNote Online.
This is the quickest way to add references using EndNote Online and is recommended if you have a small number of sources.
EndNote uses the Cite While You Write plugin to connect with MS Word (desktop app). This is installed automatically if you are using EndNote20 but you can download this separately if you are only using EndNote Online:
Note: currently, Office 365 (online) Word has limited compatibility with the plugin.
In MS Word, you will see a tab named EndNote
Click this then choose the relevant option, e.g.
Your reference list will generate automatically at the end of your document as you insert citations.
