How do I attend?

You will need to log in with your UWS e-mail address and password to access the form. If you are accessing this from a work PC, you may need to log out of your work Office account to view the form.

The booking confirmation screen will include the link to the Zoom meeting, if you wish to copy and paste this into your online calendar. We will also email you a reminder including the Zoom link before the session.

 

When are the sessions?

These sessions have concluded for this term. In the meantime please refer to the online guide for Referencing or if you need more detailed help we suggest that you book either an online appointment or an in-person appointment with one of our Academic Librarians, who will be happy to help.

  • Why we need to reference in our assignments
  • Different parts of a reference
  • Information you need for a reference
  • Your questions and answers

 

Who's this session for?

This session is for anyone who is new to the Cite Them Right Harvard system or anyone who would like a refresher. Psychology, Law and Scottish Baptist students should contact their Academic Librarian directly.

Please note that we can't proofread references for assignments.

Cite Them Right Online (CTR) is a user-friendly online resource which can help you to reference correctly and to understand how to avoid plagiarism.

Based on the well-known book above, Cite Them Right offers a full range of referencing examples and an excellent online tutorial. To access the tutorial select 'login via your instition' and then use your university email and password.
