Our Library Skills Online sessions on Zoom are here to help students at all levels with key skills throughout their studies. These meetings are informal and are designed to give you a chance to ask questions.
Our sessions are available to all UWS students and take place during mornings, afternoons and evenings to give everyone a chance to attend.
If you can't make the live sessions, we have included resources you can use at a time that suits you. You can also contact your Academic Librarian for individual advice.
Our Library Skills Online sessions have finished for Term 1. Check back nearer the start of Term 2 for details of our future sessions on topics such as:
Contact us through the Self-Service Portal for advice or a one-to-one appointment on finding, using and evaluating information.
Is there another topic that will help you and your classmates? Let us know and we'll work to include it in a future session. You can email your suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through the Self Service Portal.
If you can't make it to a training session, and you would like advice on anything about finding and using information, you can contact our Academic Librarian team directly. We're happy to arrange sessions with individuals or groups.
