UWS now has access to new software to easily gather and share recommended resources for students. These are called Module Resource Lists.
Benefits
Flexible access: Module Resource Lists can easily be added to Moodle and Aula. Lists, sections and individual items can also be added to course documentation, teaching materials, PSMD and other locations.
Simple interface: Intuitive design means that it's easy to update your lists. Staff can also structure their resources to guide students' work.
Easy to maintain: Item details can be quickly added from the library system, publisher platforms and websites.
Accessible: The software is screen-reader friendly and includes a variety of accessibility options.
Variety of item types: Module Resource Lists can include full text e-books and articles, e-journals, websites and links to scanned/digitised articles and chapters. Staff can also request book purchases through the system.
Up-to-date: Any changes to an item in the Library system are automatically reflected in the Module Reading Lists.
One point of access: Module Resource Lists are a one-stop-shop for students to find key readings, websites and audiovisual resources.
