- Asynchronous learning materials created to enable students to hone their skills in effective use of information.
- Assistance with creating/running a literature review, whether standalone or integral to a research project.
- Support with applying the Cite Them Right referencing guidelines; using EndNote, One Search and/or other library resources.

- Self Service PortalAll students and staff members have access to an online Self Service Portal to search through the answers to FAQs, log calls or place service requests and review the progress of any submitted requests.
